If the story in the UK's Sun is correct, Katie Holmes is quitting acting and wants to be a full time mom and housewife. The 26-year-old actress has told friends she wants to throw her career out the window in order to devote her time to Tom and raising a family.
"Katie has decided to give up acting altogether. She's been telling friends that she and fiance Tom Cruise have decided it is best she stays at home and brings up their baby.
"Her decision is raising a lot of eyebrows in Hollywood. She is at the perfect age for so many screen roles and has completely closed the door on a promising career."
Star magazine is reoporting that Katie's father, a lawyer, is demanding a prenuptial agreement for his as yet unmarried daughter. "Katie realizes that a prenup is necessary in a marriage like this," says a Star source. "But because she's so young, she's a bit of an idealist and believes love can win out over money."

You would be an amazing and wonderful Mom Katie. But its sad, just when her career was rising she gave it up.
