You'd of though Britney Spears would have learned her lesson after she was scathingly criticized a while back for driving around with her infant son in her lap while behind the wheel of her SUV. But it appears she has hit the headlines again after she was photographed driving her white Mini Cooper while Sean P flops around in his car seat in the back, but appearing to be unrestrained around the shoulders - and facing forward.
This is the latest round of trouble for the Toxic mommy who received a visit in February from the California Department Of Children And Family Services (DCFS) after she was photographed driving down the highway with the then 4-month-old tot sitting on her lap. Britney publically apologized for incident, claiming she was fleeing paparazzi.
Then in April, Britney received a second visit from the DCFS when Sean hurt his noggin after he fell out of a highchair. No action was taken.
Pics of the new incident show the pop star with rollers in her hair driving the convertible with baby Sean asleep and slouching forward (with a belt but sans harness) in his kiddie seat - which is installed facing forward, instead of the much safer and highly recommended rear-facing position.
A lawyer for Britney yesterday insisted the pop princess didn't violate either the letter or spirit of California child-safety-seat laws in the latest flap. "There is no law in California requiring rear-facing car seats," mouthpiece Martin Singer said.
"Britney Spears was in total compliance with California law with the forward-facing child-safety car seat with the baby strapped in properly in the back of the car."
Brit is currently five months pregnant with her second Federbaby.

When Sean is old enough to find out about all the things that Britney Spears has done, I imagine he will be ashamed.
